Thank you for booking your event with us. In order to serve our customers in the most professional manner, clear communication of our company policy is very important. Please keep in mind the following points. We will be available for as many consultations as it takes to insure that your event goes off without a hitch and to answer all questions needed to be answered regarding the Event.
A deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a date until details are finalized.
Deposits may be made by check, money order, or major credit card.
The final payment must be paid one week prior to the event. No Exceptions
Prices are Subject to Adjustment based on the Market Price the week of your event
Delivery & Set-Up Charges apply for travel to sites.
There will be a base charge of $175 for all of our equipment to come to your site. This fee will be waived if you are at our location. We have a minimum of 100 people to grill fresh on site.
For parties of 100 or more is a 2 hour buffet. Parties up to 150 Guest come with 1 Main Chef and 2 line Servers. Anything over 150 guests you will require more Staff at additional cost.
Any guest count decrease more than 10% may result in a price increase. The final guest count must be called into our office 14 days prior to the event. After that date, no decrease in guest count will be accepted. Reasonable increases may be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the event. In some circumstances wristbands will be required.
We will not leave any open or un open Food. If sanitary conditions are not available, our staff will remove all food products. In order for our staff to leave food, a written release must be signed by the client, exonerating Scotty’s BBQ House & Catering Company from any liability due to food borne illness resulting from food left on site after our departure. We do not supply left over containers. When Scotty’s caters an Event we are to be the only food served: For the fact of sanitary Conditions.
Insurance & Licenses:
We are covered by the W. B. Payne Insurance Agency for Workmen’s Compensation, General Liability, Product Liability and complete Automobile Insurance. A Certificate
of Insurance will be provided upon request. We are completely inspected by NYS Health Department, City of Rome and New York State Liquor Authority.
All prices are subject to change based on Market value, the week of your event.

Wait Staff: $15.00/hr
